Thanks for shopping with Flirtsy Lashes! Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping rates - Free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more - $8.00 standard shipping on orders under $35

Processing and delivery times - Processing: orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). - Delivery: once shipped, orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days via USPS. - Total: most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of purchase.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, peak seasons or carrier delays.

Order tracking When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update.

Multiple packages Items in the same order may occasionally ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll receive tracking for each package.

Address accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages - Marked delivered but not received: please check with neighbors and your local post office, and allow 48 hours, as packages sometimes arrive late. If it still hasn't turned up, contact us and we'll help. - Lost in transit: if your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. - Arrived damaged: email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement.
